My service isn't live yet: what to check

In this article

Short answer: an admin reads every new service before it goes live, in the order received. Most are decided within a day, sometimes two. Open My services to see the status; you also get a notification and an email. Sending it again does not make it faster.

What each status means

Status What it means What you do
In review A person has not read it yet Wait, and do not resubmit
Action needed: edits Close, but something must change Read the note, edit, resubmit within 14 days
Live Approved Buyers can order
Rejected (final) It cannot be published Archive it and create a new service that follows the reason
Archived, edits overdue The 14 days passed You can still edit and resubmit

Before you send it

  • At least one image (712 by 430 px or larger), a description of at least 120 characters, and a description of at least 20 characters for each package.
  • No phone number, email, link or social handle in the text, the images or your profile photo.
  • Your own images and work, not copied from another listing.
  • A clear scope, delivery format and a realistic delivery time.

If it came back

  1. Open the service and read the review note.
  2. Change what it asks, exactly. A resubmission identical to the returned version is refused.
  3. Press "Submit for Review" again within 14 days. Kaasb can ask for edits up to three times; the third is final.

The full list of reasons is in section 3.
