1.What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored by your browser when you visit a website. localStorage is a similar mechanism that persists data on your device across sessions. This policy covers both techniques.
ملفات الارتباط ملفاتٌ نصية صغيرة يُخزّنها متصفحك عند زيارة الموقع. وتُعدّ تقنية localStorage آليةً مشابهة تحفظ البيانات على جهازك عبر الجلسات. وتغطي هذه السياسة كلتا التقنيتين.
2.Categories we use

We use only two categories:
- Strictly necessary: signing in and keeping your session secure. The Platform cannot work without them.
- Your preferences: choices you made yourself, such as the interface language.
We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, third-party trackers, pixel tags, or re-marketing technologies. Because everything we set is strictly necessary or a choice you made, the law does not require a consent prompt, so we do not show one. If we ever add a non-essential technology, we will ask for your consent first and it will not load until you agree.
نستخدم فئتين فقط:
- ضرورية تماماً: لتسجيل الدخول والحفاظ على أمان جلستك، ولا تعمل المنصة بدونها.
- تفضيلاتك: خيارات اتخذتها بنفسك، مثل لغة الواجهة.
لا نستخدم ملفات ارتباط تحليلية أو إعلانية، ولا أدوات تتبع من أطراف خارجية، ولا وسوم بكسل، ولا تقنيات إعادة التسويق. ولأن كل ما نضبطه ضروري تماماً أو خيار اتخذته أنت، لا يشترط القانون طلب الموافقة، لذلك لا نعرض شريط موافقة. وإن أضفنا يوماً تقنيةً غير ضرورية، سنطلب موافقتك أولاً ولن تُحمَّل قبل موافقتك.

4.Measurement without cookies
٤.القياس دون ملفات ارتباط
To keep the Platform fast and useful we count a few things on our own servers. None of it stores anything on your device or uses a third party:
- Page speed: how quickly pages load, grouped by page type and connection speed only.
- Service page views: counted with a one-way code made from your IP address and browser that changes every day, so a visit cannot be linked to another day's. Sellers see totals only.
- Searches with no results: the words searched, with no account or device attached, so we know which services buyers look for and cannot find. Deleted after 30 days.
لإبقاء المنصة سريعة ومفيدة نحصي بعض الأمور على خوادمنا. لا يُخزَّن شيء من ذلك على جهازك ولا يُشارَك مع أي طرف خارجي:
- سرعة الصفحات: مدى سرعة تحميل الصفحات، مجمّعةً حسب نوع الصفحة وسرعة الاتصال فقط.
- مشاهدات صفحات الخدمات: تُحصى برمز أحادي الاتجاه مشتق من عنوان IP والمتصفح يتغيّر كل يوم، فلا يمكن ربط زيارة بزيارة يوم آخر. يرى البائعون المجاميع فقط.
- عمليات البحث التي لم تُرجع نتائج: الكلمات المبحوث عنها فقط، دون أي حساب أو جهاز، لنعرف الخدمات التي يبحث عنها المشترون ولا يجدونها. تُحذف بعد ٣٠ يوماً.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings (clear, block, or be prompted), and clear this site's local storage the same way.
Blocking strictly-necessary cookies will prevent you from logging in or using secure areas of the Platform.
يمكنك إدارة ملفات الارتباط من إعدادات المتصفح (المسح أو الحجب أو التنبيه)، ومسح التخزين المحلي لهذا الموقع بالطريقة نفسها.
حجب الملفات الضرورية تماماً سيمنعك من تسجيل الدخول أو استخدام الأجزاء المؤمَّنة من المنصة.

7.Language precedence
٧.الأسبقية اللغوية
In the event of conflict between the Arabic and English versions of this Policy, the Arabic version prevails; this precedence is a term of this Policy, and Arabic is the language of Iraqi court proceedings.
في حال التعارض بين النسختين العربية والإنجليزية، تُعتمد النسخة العربية، باعتبار ذلك شرطاً من شروط هذه السياسة، ولأن العربية هي لغة الإجراءات أمام المحاكم العراقية.
