  Reset it from Forgot password. If you tried several times within a minute, the attempt may be refused for a short while — wait a minute, then try once.

• The verification email never arrived

  Check your spam folder. You can use Kaasb before verifying — verification is only required at payment time.

• Registration keeps failing

  Usernames take Arabic or English letters, numbers, _ and - only (no other symbols), and passwords need at least 10 characters including a letter and a digit. Disposable email addresses are refused.
