Kaasb (Arabic كاسب, also written Kasb or Kasib) means "earner" — the one who earns a living. Pronounced KAH-sib.

كاسب منصة العمل الحر في العراق: نربط أصحاب الأعمال العراقيين بالمستقلين (الفريلانسر) والبائعين المهرة في العراق. كل التعاملات بالدينار العراقي: يدفع المشتري عبر زين كاش، وتبقى الأموال في الضمان حتى يقبل التسليم، ثم يستلم البائع أرباحه على كي كارد أو زين كاش. لا حاجة إلى Stripe أو PayPal أو حوالات بنكية دولية معطّلة.
Kaasb is Iraq's freelance marketplace: we connect Iraqi businesses with skilled freelancers and sellers across Iraq. Everything is in Iraqi Dinar: the buyer pays with Zain Cash, the money waits in escrow until the buyer accepts delivery, and the seller is paid to QiCard or Zain Cash. No Stripe, no PayPal, no broken international wire transfers.

لماذا الدينار العراقي؟·Why IQD-native?
العراق يعيش واقعاً مختلفاً عن أوروبا أو أمريكا فيما يخص الدفع الرقمي. Stripe وPayPal محظوران أو محدودا الاستخدام. الحوالات البنكية الدولية تأخذ أياماً وتفشل دون سبب. هذه ليست مشكلة فنية فقط، بل سبب رئيسي يمنع البائعين العراقيين من العمل مع منصات عالمية بثقة.
كاسب يحلّ هذا بأنه مبني من الأساس حول الدينار العراقي والبوابات المحلية. المشتري يدفع بالدينار عبر محفظة زين كاش أو ببطاقة مصرفية حسب المتاح عند الدفع. الأموال محتجزة في حساب كاسب التجاري — لا تذهب للبائع مباشرة. عند قبول التسليم، يقوم مشرف كاسب يدوياً بتحويل أتعاب البائع بالدينار إلى كي كارد أو زين كاش خلال ٥ أيام عمل. كل شيء يحدث داخل البنية المالية العراقية.
Iraq's digital payments reality is different from Europe or the US. Stripe and PayPal are blocked or severely limited. International wire transfers take days and fail without explanation. This isn't just a technical problem — it's a primary reason Iraqi sellers can't reliably work with global platforms.
Kaasb solves this by being built from the ground up around the Iraqi Dinar and local gateways. The buyer pays in IQD with a Zain Cash wallet or a bank card where available at checkout. Funds sit in Kaasb's merchant account — not the seller's — until the buyer accepts delivery. After acceptance, a Kaasb admin manually transfers the seller's payout in IQD to their QiCard or Zain Cash account within 5 business days. Every step happens inside Iraqi financial infrastructure.
