Every service asks a few questions so the freelancer has what they need to start. Delivery clock begins only after you submit answers.

Funds held in escrow
Payment goes into Kaasb's merchant account, not directly to the freelancer. They receive nothing until you accept the delivery.

Freelancer payout in IQD
After acceptance, Kaasb admins manually transfer the order amount (minus 10% platform fee) to the freelancer's wallet via their chosen gateway's mobile app.
النزاعات والاسترداد
إذا كان هناك خطأ جسيم في التسليم، تفتح نزاعاً ويراجعه مشرف كاسب. القرار: استرداد كامل أو جزئي، أو الإفراج عن الدفع للمستقل. الأموال محمية في الضمان طوال هذه الفترة.
Disputes and refunds
If something is seriously wrong, you open a dispute and a Kaasb admin reviews it. Outcome: full or partial refund, or release to the freelancer. Funds stay protected in escrow throughout.
Create up to three packages (Basic / Standard / Premium) for every service. Or bid on open buyer requests with a custom offer.

Clients answer your requirement questions, payment goes into escrow, and your delivery clock starts.
ارفع الملفات أو تسليماً مكتوباً من صفحة الطلب. أمام العميل ٣ أيام للقبول أو طلب التعديلات.
Upload files or a written delivery through the order page. The client has 3 days to accept or request revisions.
بمجرد قبول العميل (أو بعد الإكمال التلقائي خلال ٣ أيام)، يحوّل مشرفو كاسب أموالك بالدينار إلى وسيلة الدفع التي اخترتها. رسوم المنصة ١٠٪، تحتفظ أنت بـ ٩٠٪.
Once the client accepts (or auto-complete fires 3 days later), Kaasb admins transfer your IQD to whichever payout method you've configured. Platform fee is 10%; you keep 90%.
