ما هو كاسب؟

كاسب منصة عمل حر للعراق. يطلب المشترون خدمات جاهزة أو ينشرون مشاريع، وينفّذ العملَ مستقلون (فريلانسر) عراقيون. كل شيء بالدينار العراقي: يدفع المشتري عبر زين كاش أو ببطاقة مصرفية حسب المتاح عند الدفع، ويحفظ كاسب المبلغ في الضمان حتى قبول العمل، ثم يستلم البائع أرباحه على كي كارد أو زين كاش. المنصة عربية أولاً مع الإنجليزية، على الموقع kaasb.com وتطبيق أندرويد.

What is Kaasb?

Kaasb is a freelance marketplace for Iraq. Buyers order ready services or post projects; Iraqi freelancers (sellers) do the work. Everything is priced and paid in Iraqi Dinar: buyers pay with Zain Cash or a bank card where available at checkout, Kaasb holds the money in escrow until the work is accepted, and sellers are paid to Qi Card or Zain Cash. Arabic first, with English. Web at kaasb.com and an Android app.

كيف أوظّف مستقلاً (فريلانسر) في العراق؟

على كاسب: (١) ابحث في الخدمات، أو انشر مشروعاً وانتظر العروض؛ (٢) اطلب باقة أو اقبل عرضاً؛ (٣) ادفع عبر زين كاش أو ببطاقة مصرفية ويبقى المبلغ في الضمان؛ (٤) استلم العمل واطلب تعديلاً إن كانت باقتك تشمله، ثم اقبل التسليم؛ (٥) يستلم البائع أجره. إن لم تردّ بعد التسليم يكتمل طلب الخدمة تلقائياً بعد ٣ أيام.

How do I hire a freelancer in Iraq?

On Kaasb: (1) search the services, or post a project and wait for offers; (2) order a package or accept an offer; (3) pay with Zain Cash or a bank card, and the money waits in escrow; (4) receive the delivery, ask for a revision if your package includes one, then accept it; (5) the seller is paid. If you don't respond after delivery, a service order completes by itself after 3 days.

كيف ومتى يستلم البائعون أرباحهم؟

يستلم البائع أرباحه بالدينار العراقي على محفظة زين كاش أو كي كارد (محفظة سوبر كي برقم الهاتف، أو البطاقة برقم حسابها المكوّن من ١٠ أو ١٢ رقماً) خلال ٥ أيام عمل من طلب السحب. يصبح المبلغ متاحاً بعد قبول المشتري للتسليم، أو بعد ٣ أيام من التسليم إذا لم يردّ مشتري طلب الخدمة. يأخذ كاسب ١٠٪ من كل طلب مكتمل، ويحوّل مشرف كاسب كل دفعة يدوياً.

How and when do sellers get paid?

Sellers are paid in Iraqi Dinar to their Zain Cash wallet or QiCard (the SuperQi wallet by phone number, or the card by its 10- or 12-digit account number) within 5 business days of requesting a payout. Money becomes available once the buyer accepts the delivery, or 3 days after delivery if a service buyer does not respond. Kaasb keeps 10% of each completed order; an admin sends each payout by hand.

  • بوابات الدفع

    تعرض صفحة الدفع الوسائل المتاحة فعلياً: زين كاش أو بطاقة مصرفية (فيزا / ماستركارد، ومنها كي كارد) حسب المتاح.

  • الأموال محتجزة في الضمان

    تذهب الأموال إلى حساب كاسب التجاري، لا للبائع مباشرة. لا يستلم البائع أي مبلغ قبل قبولك للتسليم.

    Funds held in escrow

    Payment goes into Kaasb's merchant account, not directly to the seller. They receive nothing until you accept the delivery.

  • البائع يستلم بالدينار

    بعد قبول التسليم، يحوّل مشرفو كاسب يدوياً قيمة الطلب (ناقص ١٠٪ عمولة المنصة) إلى محفظة البائع عبر تطبيق البوابة المختارة.

    Seller payout in IQD

    After acceptance, Kaasb admins manually transfer the order amount (minus 10% platform fee) to the seller's wallet via their chosen gateway's mobile app.

  • النزاعات والاسترداد

    إذا كان هناك خطأ جسيم في التسليم، تفتح نزاعاً ويراجعه مشرف كاسب. القرار: استرداد كامل أو جزئي، أو الإفراج عن الدفع للبائع. الأموال محمية في الضمان طوال هذه الفترة.

    Disputes and refunds

    If something is seriously wrong, you open a dispute and a Kaasb admin reviews it. Outcome: full or partial refund, or release to the seller. Funds stay protected in escrow throughout.

    بمجرد قبول المشتري (أو بعد الإكمال التلقائي خلال ٣ أيام)، يحوّل مشرفو كاسب أموالك بالدينار إلى وسيلة الدفع التي اخترتها. رسوم المنصة ١٠٪، تحتفظ أنت بـ ٩٠٪.

    Once the buyer accepts (or auto-complete fires 3 days later), Kaasb admins transfer your IQD to whichever payout method you've configured. Platform fee is 10%; you keep 90%.
