Yes. A single Kaasb account can both hire sellers and sell services. Switch between Buying and Selling at any time: on the website from the mode switch at the top of the page, in the app from Profile.

On Kaasb: (1) search the services, or post a project and wait for offers; (2) order a package or accept an offer; (3) pay with Zain Cash or a bank card, and the money waits in escrow; (4) receive the delivery, ask for a revision if your package includes one, then accept it; (5) the seller is paid. If you don't respond after delivery, a service order completes by itself after 3 days.

Sell your skills on Kaasb. Create a free account, choose "Start selling", and publish a service with one to three packages (from 5,000 IQD). You can also send price offers on projects that buyers post. When a buyer accepts your delivery, the money (minus Kaasb's 10%) becomes yours to withdraw in IQD to Qi Card or Zain Cash.

تُراجَع كل خدمة جديدة يدوياً قبل نشرها، بترتيب وصولها. يُبتّ في أغلبها خلال يوم، وقد يصل إلى يومين في أوقات الضغط، ويصلك إشعار وبريد بالقرار. إعادة الإرسال لا تسرّع المراجعة. تحتاج الخدمة صورة واحدة على الأقل ووصفاً لا يقل عن ١٢٠ حرفاً، ويمكن كتابتها بالعربية أو الكردية أو الإنجليزية، وإن احتاجت تعديلاً تذكر ملاحظة المراجعة ما يلزم بالضبط.

Every new service is reviewed by a person before it goes live, in the order it was sent. Most are decided within a day, sometimes two when the queue is busy, and you get a notification and an email with the decision. Sending it again does not speed it up. A service needs at least one image and a description of at least 120 characters, and can be written in Arabic, Kurdish or English; if something must change, the review note says exactly what.

انشر خدمة: أغلب الطلبات تأتي من مشترين يبحثون في صفحة الخدمات، ومن ليس لديه خدمة منشورة يصعب العثور عليه. اختر تخصصاً محدداً («تصميم سيرة ذاتية» يُطلب أكثر من «تصميم»)، ورُدّ على الرسائل خلال ساعات، وتصفّح صفحة المشاريع يومياً لإرسال عروض أسعار مناسبة. عدد البائعين على كاسب حالياً أكبر من عدد المشاريع المنشورة، لذا قد يستغرق أول طلب بعض الوقت.

Publish a service: most orders come from buyers searching the Services page, so a seller without a published service is hard to find. Pick a narrow specialty ("CV design" is ordered more than "design"), reply to messages within hours, and check the projects page daily to send tailored price offers. Kaasb currently has more sellers than posted projects, so a first order can take time.

يُحجز مبلغ المشتري في الضمان ولا يصل إلى البائع إلا بعد تسليم العمل وقبوله. ويمكن لأي طرف فتح نزاع تقرّر فيه إدارة كاسب. تُحجب أرقام الهواتف والبريد والروابط من المحادثات والإعلانات ليبقى الدفع داخل المنصة حيث يحميه الضمان. ويتطلّب الحساب بريداً مؤكّداً مع إمكانية تفعيل المصادقة الثنائية. لا يتحقق كاسب من الهوية الحكومية.

The buyer's money is held in escrow, not sent to the seller, until the work is delivered and accepted. Either side can open a dispute that a Kaasb admin decides. Phone numbers, emails and links are filtered out of chats and listings so that payment stays on the platform, where escrow protects it. Accounts need a verified email and can turn on two-factor authentication. Kaasb does not check government IDs.

يدفع المشترون بالدينار العراقي عبر زين كاش أو ببطاقة مصرفية (فيزا / ماستركارد، ومنها كي كارد) حسب المتاح عند الدفع. وقد يحتسب بنكك رسوم تحويل عملة إن كانت بطاقتك بعملة أخرى. ويُحوَّل للبائع أجره بالدينار إلى حساب الاستلام في زين كاش أو كي كارد بعد قبول المشتري للعمل، خلال ٥ أيام عمل من طلب السحب.

Buyers pay in Iraqi dinars with Zain Cash or a bank card (Visa / Mastercard, including Qi Card) where available at checkout. A card issued in another currency may get a conversion fee from its bank. Sellers are paid in IQD to their Zain Cash or Qi Card payout account after the buyer accepts the work, within 5 business days of requesting a payout.

جميع الأسعار على كاسب بالدينار العراقي، ويُخصم المبلغ بالدينار. لا يحوّل كاسب إلى الدولار أو أي عملة أخرى؛ وإن كانت بطاقتك بعملة أخرى فقد يضيف بنكك رسوم تحويل.

All prices on Kaasb are in Iraqi Dinar (IQD), and you are charged in IQD. Kaasb does not convert to USD or any other currency; if your card is in another currency, your bank may add a conversion fee.

عندما يدفع المشتري ثمن الطلب، تُحفظ الأموال لدى كاسب (وليس لدى البائع) حتى تتم الموافقة على العمل. هذا يحمي الطرفين — يحصل المشتري على ما دفع مقابله، ويحصل البائع على دفعته مقابل العمل المقبول.

When a buyer pays for an order, the funds are held by Kaasb (not the seller) until the work is approved. This protects both sides — buyers get what they paid for, sellers get paid for approved work.

يأخذ كاسب ١٠٪ من قيمة الطلب. يحتفظ البائع بالـ ٩٠٪ المتبقية. تُستقطع الرسوم فقط من الطلبات المكتملة — لا توجد رسوم على الطلبات الملغاة أو المستردة.

Kaasb takes 10% of the order value. The seller keeps the remaining 90%. The fee is only taken on completed orders — no fee on cancelled or refunded orders.

بعد الموافقة على الاسترداد، تبدأ كاسب تنفيذه خلال يومي عمل وتعيده إلى وسيلة الدفع التي استخدمتها: إلى محفظتك في زين كاش، أو إلى البطاقة نفسها في فيزا / ماستركارد وكي كارد. قد يستغرق ظهور استرداد البطاقة في كشف حسابك من ٥ إلى ١٠ أيام عمل، وقد يصل إلى ١٤ يوم عمل حسب المحفظة أو البنك.

Once a refund is approved, Kaasb initiates it within 2 business days and returns it to the payment method you used: your wallet for Zain Cash, or the same card for Visa / Mastercard and Qi Card. Card refunds may take 5–10 business days to show on your statement; depending on the wallet or bank, it can take up to 14 business days.

يستلم البائع أرباحه بالدينار العراقي على محفظة زين كاش أو كي كارد (محفظة سوبر كي برقم الهاتف، أو البطاقة برقم حسابها المكوّن من ١٠ أو ١٢ رقماً) خلال ٥ أيام عمل من طلب السحب. يصبح المبلغ متاحاً بعد قبول المشتري للتسليم، أو بعد ٣ أيام من التسليم إذا لم يردّ مشتري طلب الخدمة. يأخذ كاسب ١٠٪ من كل طلب مكتمل، ويحوّل مشرف كاسب كل دفعة يدوياً.

Sellers are paid in Iraqi Dinar to their Zain Cash wallet or QiCard (the SuperQi wallet by phone number, or the card by its 10- or 12-digit account number) within 5 business days of requesting a payout. Money becomes available once the buyer accepts the delivery, or 3 days after delivery if a service buyer does not respond. Kaasb keeps 10% of each completed order; an admin sends each payout by hand.

Services may include required questions so the seller knows exactly what you need before starting. The delivery clock begins only AFTER you submit answers, so take your time.

إذا لم يقبل المشتري أو يطلب تعديلات خلال ٣ أيام من التسليم، يُكتمل الطلب تلقائياً ويُحرّر الضمان للبائع. يحمي هذا البائعين من المشترين غير المستجيبين.

If the buyer doesn't accept or request revisions within 3 days of delivery, the order is auto-completed and the escrow is released to the seller. This protects sellers from unresponsive buyers.

تتضمن كل باقة عدداً من التعديلات — ١ أو ٢ أو غير محدودة. إذا كان التسليم خارج النطاق أو ناقصاً، اطلب تعديلاً. يملك البائع وقت التسليم الأصلي (٣ أيام كحد أدنى) لإعادة التسليم.

Each package includes a number of revisions — 1, 2, or unlimited. If the delivery is off-scope or missing what was promised, request a revision. The seller has the original delivery time (minimum 3 days) to re-deliver.

افتح نزاعاً فقط بعد محاولة حلّ المشكلة مباشرةً مع البائع عبر التعديلات. النزاعات مخصصة لحالات مثل عدم التسليم، أو تسليم عمل لا يطابق وصف الخدمة، أو اختفاء البائع.

Open a dispute only after attempting to resolve directly with the seller through revisions. Disputes are for cases like non-delivery, delivered work not matching the service description, or a seller who has gone silent.

يراجع مشرف كاسب محادثات الطلب وملفات التسليم وبيانات الطرفين، ثم يقرّر تحرير الضمان للبائع (إذا كان العمل مقبولاً)، أو استرداد المبلغ للمشتري (إذا كان العمل خارج النطاق أو ناقصاً)، أو تقسيم المبلغ بينهما. تُحلّ النزاعات عادةً خلال ٤٨ ساعة.

A Kaasb admin reviews the order chat, delivery files, and both sides' statements. They decide to release the escrow to the seller (work was acceptable), refund the buyer (work was off-scope or missing), or split the amount between them. Resolutions typically happen within 48 hours.

Contact support@kaasb.com within 7 days of the resolution with new evidence. A second admin will review. In most cases, the initial decision stands.

The code may arrive by WhatsApp, SMS or email, depending on what is available for your number. Check the email account on your Kaasb profile, including the spam folder. If nothing arrives, wait 60 seconds and request a new code.

Use the 'Forgot Password' link on the login page. We'll email you a reset link valid for 1 hour. Resetting your password signs you out of all devices.

يتم تشفير كلمات المرور بـ bcrypt، والجلسات مبنية على JWT مع انتهاء صلاحية خلال ٣٠ دقيقة، وجميع حركة المرور مشفّرة بـ HTTPS، والحقول الحساسة مشفّرة في التخزين، ويمكنك مراجعة وإلغاء الجلسات النشطة من إعدادات لوحة التحكم.

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt, sessions are JWT-based with 30-minute expiry, all traffic is HTTPS, sensitive fields are encrypted at rest, and you can review and revoke active sessions from your dashboard settings.

«متصل الآن» تعني أن الشخص يستخدم كاسب في هذه اللحظة، لا أن الموقع أو التطبيق مفتوح في مكان ما. يظهر البائع غير متصل بعد نحو ٥ دقائق من توقفه عن استخدام كاسب، على الموقع أو في التطبيق، ويعود متصلاً لحظة عودته. يبقى مسجّلاً، وتصله رسائلك فوراً. ويمكن للبائع أيضاً أن يختار الظهور غير متصل دائماً من الإعدادات.

"Online now" means the person is using Kaasb at this moment, not that a tab or the app is open somewhere. A seller shows as offline about 5 minutes after they stop using Kaasb, on the website or in the app, and online again the moment they come back. They stay signed in, and your messages still reach them straight away. Sellers can also choose to always appear offline in Settings.

No. Attempting to move work off-platform violates our terms of service. Off-platform work has no escrow protection, no dispute resolution, and puts both sides at risk of fraud. We automatically mask phone numbers, emails, and external app names in chat to help prevent accidental sharing.
