Working an order

In this article

The order's path

Pending payment, then awaiting requirements, in progress, delivered, completed. It can also go through a revision, be cancelled, or be disputed.

  1. Requirements. After paying, the buyer answers your questions. Your delivery clock starts only when the buyer submits the answers. If answers are missing, ask in the chat.
  2. Work and deliver before the due date shown on the order ("Due").
  3. Press "Deliver". In the form ("Delivery message", at least 5 characters, plus "Attach files" and "Or links", up to 20), describe what you are handing over and how to use it, then press "Deliver" again.
  4. The buyer opens "View delivery" and chooses "Accept" or "Request revision".

Revisions

Each package says how many revisions it includes: none, 1, 2, or unlimited. A revision request must relate to the original agreed scope. If a request goes beyond it, say so politely and offer a new order or a higher package. The buyer can ask for a revision only while the order is delivered and revisions remain. When a revision is requested you get 3 days or the package's delivery time, whichever is shorter, to redeliver. The button then reads "Deliver revision".

Deadlines and auto-complete

  • A delivered service order is completed automatically 3 days after delivery if the buyer neither accepts nor asks for a revision. The order card shows a countdown.
  • Be on time. There is no automatic cancellation for late work, but once the due date plus 24 hours has passed, the buyer can open a dispute. Late orders hurt your reviews and ratings.
  • If you cannot make the deadline, tell the buyer in the chat early and agree what to do, including "Request cancellation" if needed.

Tips and reviews

  • A buyer who leaves 4 or 5 stars may send a tip (5,000 IQD or more, up to 10 times the order price). Tips go to your balance when paid. See section 1 for the fee date.
  • After completion press "Review the buyer". Reviews are double-blind: yours and the buyer's stay hidden until both of you have reviewed, or 7 days pass. The notification never shows the stars. A reviewer can edit within 24 hours while it is still hidden; a published review cannot be edited. If a buyer reviewed you first, you get one reminder.
  • You can post a public reply to a review you received ("Respond to this review"). You can edit your reply for 48 hours.
  • You have two ratings: as a seller and as a buyer. Your seller rating counts toward your level and your search ranking. Each service shows only the ratings from orders on that service.
