Seller levels

Levels are recalculated every night from what you did, never from how long you have been on the site alone:

Level Completed orders Average rating Completion rate Replies within 24 h Time on Kaasb
New Seller start
Level 1 10 4.0 90% 80%
Level 2 50 4.5 95% 90% 2 months
Top Rated by Kaasb's decision, after review
  • Completion rate is completed orders divided by orders that really involved you (paid and started or held). A buyer who abandons checkout before paying does not count against you.
  • Response rate is the share of conversations opened by someone else (direct chat, order or contract, not support) that you answered within 24 hours, over the last 60 days. If nobody wrote to you, you are not penalized.
  • Levels can go down if you stop meeting the numbers, if a rule violation is recorded, or if fraud is found. You can appeal a level decision by email within 14 days.
  • Terms also list on-time delivery among the signals. It is a good habit either way: late work leads to disputes and bad reviews.
  • Higher levels raise your listing limits (section 3) and show a level badge on your profile.

What helps your service get found

Kaasb orders services by quality, not by who posted last. Four things count, and you control most of them:

  • Listing quality: clear images, a full description, packages, a subcategory, buyer questions, FAQ and tags. The listing strength checklist on your service shows what is missing.
  • Real buyer interest: favourites and enquiries from genuine buyer accounts, compared with how many people viewed the listing. Your own accounts and linked accounts do not count.
  • Seller reliability: being active lately, replying to enquiries, a complete profile, a verified email and a payout account.
  • Performance: orders, rating and completion rate. Until you have orders, this part is neutral, so nobody is punished for being new.

A new listing also gets a short visibility boost for its first 14 days after approval, so launch with a finished listing. Chat violations in the last 90 days and open reports on a listing count against you. The services list shows up to two listings per seller first, so one seller cannot fill a whole page. Never fake orders, favourites or reviews: it breaks the rules and can cost you your account.

Promoting a service

Press "Promote" on a live service. For 5,000 IQD (paid with Qi Card or Zain Cash) it is featured for 7 days from payment: a Featured badge, and it shows before non-promoted services in the services list, category pages and search. While it runs, if the service goes offline, the 7 days pause and continue when it is back. You can "Renew promotion" in the last 2 days, and the new 7 days start when the current ones end. Promotion buys visibility, not orders, and does not change your reviews.

Response time and presence

  • Reply within hours. Buyers compare, and your median reply time is part of your level.
  • "Online now" means you are using Kaasb at this moment. You show offline about 5 minutes after you stop using it (website or app). You stay signed in and still receive messages. In Settings you can choose to always appear offline.
  • Turn on notifications so you never miss an order, a revision request or a cancellation request.
  • Ask satisfied buyers for a review. The reviews are what turns a new seller into a trusted one.

Quality checks after approval

Every night Kaasb looks at each live service's last 10 finished paid orders. A rating under 3.0 (with at least 5 reviews), or many bad outcomes caused by the seller, flags the service for staff to look at. It is a review of the service, not an automatic penalty.
