Notifications and the app
- The bell inside Kaasb shows what matters: payment confirmed, delivery received, revision requested, cancellation requested, dispute updates and messages.
- Email notifications can be tuned in Settings → Notifications and preferences by type: orders and contracts, messages, reviews, payments and refunds, disputes, reminders. In-app notifications always work.
- Online status: "online" means the seller is using Kaasb right now; they show as offline about 5 minutes after they stop, and your message still reaches them.
- Android app: free, Android 7.0 or newer, Arabic and English. Get it on Google Play (kaasb.com/app also has a direct download for phones without Google Play). You can order, chat, view deliveries and follow your orders inside it.
