After you pay

Requirements

Open the order from My orders and press Submit requirements. Answer every question clearly and add what the seller needs. The delivery clock starts only after this.

Chat with the seller

Press Message seller on the order. Be polite and keep everything on Kaasb: the chat is your evidence if something goes wrong.

Contact details are blocked on purpose. Kaasb automatically hides phone numbers, email addresses, social handles and the names of outside apps in messages. The reason: once you talk outside Kaasb, escrow and dispute help can no longer protect you, and most scams start there. Links to share files (Google Drive, Figma and so on) are allowed inside order and project chats. A masked message is not an error, it is the filter working. Repeated attempts lead first to a block and then to a 24-hour chat suspension.

Delivery

The seller delivers on the order page. Press View delivery to see the message, files and links.

Accept, or ask for changes

• Accept, then confirm Yes, accept delivery: the order is completed and the seller is paid.
• Request revision: write what is missing or different from the description. The button is hidden when your package has no revisions left. The seller gets up to 3 days (or the package delivery time, if shorter) to redeliver.
• Do nothing: 3 days after delivery the order completes by itself and the money goes to the seller. Check your notifications so this does not catch you out.

Review and tip

• When the order is complete, press Review the seller. Give 1 to 5 stars overall, plus ratings for Communication, Quality, Professionalism and Timeliness, and an optional comment. You can also leave a private note to Kaasb.
• Reviews stay hidden until both of you have reviewed, or 7 days pass, so neither side is influenced by the other. Then yours appears publicly on the service page.
• Tips: after a 4 or 5 star review you can say thanks with a tip: from 5,000 IQD up to 10 times the order price, one tip per order, paid with the same payment methods. Press Maybe later to skip. Tips sent before 14 November 2026 carry no fee; from that date Kaasb keeps 10% and the seller receives 90%. You always pay exactly the amount you chose.
