Two ways to hire

Buy a ready service Post a project
Best when what you need is common and clear (a logo, a CV, a translation) your job is specific and you want to compare offers
Price fixed, shown in packages each seller proposes their own
Speed you can order today wait for offers, then choose
Payment once, up front per milestone

A. Buy a ready service

  1. Browse Services or search. Open a service and read the description, the seller's profile and the reviews.
  2. Pick a package: Basic, Standard or Premium. Each shows its price, delivery time and number of revisions (none, 1, 2 or unlimited).
  3. Tick any Optional add-ons you want. You will see the Base price and the Total.
  4. Press Order Now, choose a payment method and press Confirm Order. You go to the payment page (section 4).
  5. After payment, press Submit requirements and answer the seller's questions. The delivery clock starts only when you submit your answers, so take your time and be specific.

A question before you order? Press Contact Seller on the service page.

B. Post a project and choose a proposal

  1. Press Post a project. Describe what you need: a headline, the full description, a category, a fixed price in IQD, the skills required, the experience level and, if you like, a deadline. Templates are there to help you start.
  2. Kaasb reviews new projects before they're published. A project must be about hiring someone: a post that advertises a service you sell is not allowed.
  3. Sellers send offers. Open My requests, then View offers to see the Received offers. Message sellers with your questions before choosing.
  4. Press Accept on the offer you want (or Reject the others).
  5. Accepting creates a contract. By default it has one milestone for the full amount. To pay in stages choose Split into milestones, or press + Add milestone later. A milestone is at least 5,000 IQD.
  6. Fund the milestone: press Fund escrow (or Pay for this milestone) and pay as in section 4. The seller can start only after it is funded.
  7. The seller works and presses Submit. You press Review and choose:
    • Approve & pay: the milestone's money is released to the seller.
    • Request revision: write what must change; the seller fixes it and submits again.
  8. If you do not review, a submitted milestone is approved automatically 10 days after submission. The milestone card shows the date.
  9. A contract that is never paid for is closed automatically: you get a reminder after 7 days and it closes after 14 days.
