Account and sign-in

Who can join: anyone aged 18 or over.

Ways to sign up and sign in

• Email and password. Fill in first name, last name, username, email and password, tick the box that accepts the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, then press the create-account button.
• Continue with Google and Continue with Facebook.
• Phone number (OTP). On the login page choose the phone tab and enter your number. A one-time code arrives by WhatsApp, SMS or email, depending on what is available for your number. If nothing comes, check spam, wait 60 seconds and ask for a new code.

Good to know

• Use your real name. Other people see only your first name and the first letter of your family name.
• Your username is public and cannot be changed later. It becomes part of your profile link. Do not use your email or phone number as a username.
• Passwords need at least 10 characters, including a letter and a digit. Disposable email addresses are refused.
• You do not need a verified email to place an order.
• Forgot your password? Press Forgot password? on the login page. We email a reset link that works for 1 hour. Using it signs you out of all devices.
• For extra safety, turn on Two-factor authentication in Settings → Security, and review your active sessions there.

Language and dark mode

• Language: the EN / عربي button at the top of the site switches between English and Arabic.
• Dark mode: Settings → Appearance, with three choices: Auto (follows your phone or computer), Light and Dark. The app has the same setting.

One account, two modes. The same account can buy and sell. Use the Mode switch at the top of the website (in the app, from Profile) to move between Buying and Selling. Your orders are under My orders; the Purchases tab shows what you bought.
